Legal Analysis & Counseling

As an Administrative Law Judge, Ms. Reha conducted contested case and rule-making hearings for state agencies under the Minnesota Administrative Procedure Act; and adjudications for other units of government including municipalities, counties and school districts. Ms. Reha also prepared findings, conclusions and recommendations, and final orders appealable to the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Her areas of specialty include human rights, employment termination, mediation, complex environmental, telecommunications, natural gas, electricity, and power plant and transmission certificates of need, siting and routing.
